The Power of "Word of Mouth" marketing.

You might already know that word of mouth marketing is an unpaid form of promotion that can be in either written form or oral. Usually it's from a satisfied customer that tells other people what they experienced (generally good of course) and they recommend the company, product or service to others.

Does that happen on this Lotto Magic team, you betcha.

Most recently a new group joined our team called "Mr. and Mrs C's Success Team". We got them set up in the free team URL rotator, replicated and uploaded their free mini marketing site and then sent them their official team welcome letter full of marketing ideas, social media hints & tips and even our "insiders" team specific marketing information.

The Success Team was impressed enough with our team building assistance (free of course) that they "spread the word" to others and within a very short period of time Deidra and Anita joined them in their Lotto Magic home business.

Word of mouth is important to any business, especially since there's significant value placed on word-of-mouth. In our case the ability to generate positive social "buzz" just by doing the right thing for those that interact with us as a team is of extreme importance to us and it should be important to you too.

Our thought was that there is a ton of visibility to the team video's whether linked or embedded, plus we have social media related infographics and posts here at the blog, all of which IS content which CAN be monetized. What started out as a simple Google ads test has now become something that will be with the Lotto Magic Team for years to come, helping you and your team grow, yea, free team generated targeted visitors. A while back we decided to add "social media marketing" to this blog to help current team members and it turns out that are thousands of other people finding us on the search engines and through word of mouth, so it's good for them (information) and it's good for you too.

So what are the team income results from the Google ads to date? First, I know, I know it's not thousands but it doesn't need to be, it just needs to be additional funds for even more free team ads (likely at Facebook). At this early stage we are averaging only $17 a day (approx. $510 per month) between YouTube and this blog. Not a huge amount by any means, but again it adds to the current team monthly advertising budget so it's still good news regardless.

An update on this team project will follow later as an add-on to this post, we're expanding the team Twitter account so this will increase the team's blog visibility at the same time!

Lotto Magic Global Sign-Ups, it just got easier!

This is an add-on post to the earlier one about the new Lotto Magic sign-up page. I was going to just plop it down along with that post but I feel this update is important enough to receive it's own slice of Blogger real estate!

You might already know Lotto Magic is an International company and has been in business since 1996. Unlike many other home businesses that only allow you to market to people here in the US, Lotto Magic has always been able to cross all International borders (except for maybe Cuba and North Korea) which of course opens up a huge marketing pool for you.

Well it just got even better...

Lotto Magic Social Marketing - Facebook Traffic Test

You might already know we've been doing some content testing at Facebook to get a better feel for the free marketing available there.

Recently we posted a personality test on our team Facebook page to see what would happen as far as likes, visitors and engagement compared to other "generic" team information posts. What we learned is that all those people out there saying you should make Facebook fun, entertaining and engaging - well yep, they're absolutely right.

When you have a Facebook business (not personal) account you have the ability to view how many people saw your post (circled in red below) which is great if you're logged in and scanning your timeline to get a quick feel for what's happening on your page.

So what did we do to get it rolling and what was the final outcome?

We initially searched online for a fun personality test, and also searched for related images. We then posted the personality test to our Facebook page (along with a link to the originating source, good business you know), Google+ it, tweeted it and put in our team online newspaper. It's been exactly 30 days later and here are the final statistics...

~  8024 people saw the post on Facebook.
~  23 people "liked" it which is good for future free visitors.
~  4 people shared it with their friends on their Facebook page.
~  4 total comments not counting our 6 responses.

The tough part of course is knowing in detail how many people viewed the personality test and Facebook page as a result of likes and comments, how many saw it as a result of Google+ visitors and shares, via a tweet or saw a link in the team newspaper. Because Facebook doesn't provide a stats page with detailed information about inbound traffic, we only know that at the 30 day mark... 8024 total people saw the post at an average of 267 people a day.

So, our experiment proved to us that including interactive content on your Facebook page increases your overall traffic to build your home business, brand yourself or fine... boost your ego a little.

Since our team Facebook page is about team happenings, new members & free marketing it would be tough for us to focus strictly on polls, tests and fun stuff. But we did learn that including it on occasion makes for a more interesting page that's more likely to be liked, commented on and eventually spread to the masses.

Lotto Magic Team Building and URL Rotator

I've been asked "How doe's the Lotto Magic Team down line building system actually work?"

I've explained to others that visitors are generated in numerous ways through offline and online marketing. These visitors then go to the various team related sites and from there the visitors are sent through the "free team URL rotator". From the team URL rotator they're sent to a team member (your) Lotto Magic website.

Sure, it sounds simply enough however as a graphics guy I relate better to images so I took everything about the already proven team building system and I created a  graphical view of how the visitors are generated, where they're sent and I show how they end up being "funneled" to YOUR Lotto Magic site.

Lotto Pool - Team Site Update

A minor (but good) change in plans. Because of the questions I've received in the past about the Lotto Magic back office, I decided to cover this in more detail so you'll have a better idea what's located there. I removed a page that talked about the free team stuff (web site, marketing, visitors etc.) that new members receive since it's already covered at the team site and elsewhere online.

I replaced that information with a section dedicated to back office screenshots and explanations about those areas. No, not ready yet. It's like a fine wine (or damned good beer), it takes time to get it right so for now here's at least a little peek behind he Lotto Magic curtain. Update: Lotto Magic 101 "Lotto Pool" related site.

For those that have asked about the new Lotto Magic 101 site being created for the team which is designed to "capture" (if you will) people involved in or interested in "lotto pools", here's an update on what's happening. You might already know I'm a graphics designer by profession and a Lotto Magic team member by choice (I know, I know I'm already using that at the new site). I've been experimenting with the graphics for the site and also screenshots of the Lotto Magic back office. Here are some samples of my work with explanations.


 The first image is just a self portrait, nothing too special, just a very "attractive" (in his own mind of course) dude and his tools.

Here's where I get to have some fun! You know how you've see testimonials at many of the sites out there?

Yea, well we won't have any of that on the Lotto Magic 101 site. I will have an area of the site called "Team Member's" where fictitious graphical team member's do NOT talk about how they L-O-V-E the company, earn a good income, receive free tickets, win lotteries blah, blah, blah but instead talk about WHY they joined Lotto Magic... their previous company closed their doors and disappeared, didn't make money at other MLM, wanted a new home business, too many drop-outs in their team, company was a pyramid, it was a scam, they like playing the lottery free or whatever.

The images of members are not real but I can tell you the reasons that they joined are real, I've heard from them so this area will be true to form. The member's created I hope are funny, but the reasons for joining are serious.OK enough jibber-jabber here are 3 samples of the 8 member's I've created to date.

You already know that the three dozen or so (more to follow) team video's are already hosted on YouTube, Meta Cafe and Daily Motion. Well I'm not sure "too much" marketing can be bad, so I had a Lotto Magic video site designed as a stand-alone web site. Probably not needed considering all the other video hosting we have going on for the team. However for branding and traffic generation purposes a little extra branding gravy on top of you extra marketing cheese won't hurt anything.

Lotto Magic Marketing and DailyMotion Video's

More video's on more video posting sites = more people watching, more people visiting and more people joining the team. Daily Motion is up to date except for a couple of brand new Lotto magic video's. I'll be using the below DailyMotion video wall widget on a Lotto Magic specific "video" site to be announced! For now, click view and enjoy!

You can also use a direct link to review Lotto Magic video's from the main channel page there at DailyMotion. I'll be tweaking some of the titles, descriptions and keywords to maintain a good capture on people searching for more information about Lotto Magic.

Lotto Magic 101

You all might know I'm working on a team site which will be designed to attract, funnel and then send to your Lotto Magic Online site - traffic based on the search term "What is a Lotto Pool". My focus is on this particular set of key words because there are already thousands of people out there joining office pools for their favorite lottery.

Lotto Magic Review: For those that asked for a Lotto Magic review - I've done reviews before but it's hard to remain unbiased just so you know. I've seen the reviews sites out there and even a couple of the available Lotto Magic reviews type sites and blogs but again most are more like commercials with subliminal messages then anything else and I believe most "reviews" are exactly that. I "might" give it a shot, I'm just not sure yet but I thank you for having the faith in me to recommend I do one.

New Lotto Magic Video Marketing Site

Been working on some video editing while getting help with the video posting I mentioned in an earlier post about Lotto Magic marketing and team projects. I received an update yesterday that the postings to the 17 or so other video hosting sites is starting to take place with Metcafe as the first in line. You can check them out here:

I emailed Whitney and asked that she mention the Lotto Magic juggler so hopefully she will either tonight or sometime this weekend. He juggles from atop a 9 foot unicycle while juggling knives, torches and a chain saw. Entertaining and funny too so watch it when you can.

Also, there's a new page added to the team site that better explains the Lotto Magic membership levels, compensation plan and pay outs etc. I understand from the recent newsletter that the Mega membership levels are due out in June, so if you wanted to get involved in a Mega-Millions lottery pool you can.

Update on Free Lotto Magic Advertising & Ads

Glad you that wrote liked the display ads. They have been sent to the publishers, some to be in print early May as mentioned in an earlier post. There also some that will run for a year (probably mentioned that too) and still others where the publication of the ads will be spaced out so there's some overlap but more importantly constant coverage.

You can view many more of the Team's Lotto Magic related ads at the team news and update site. A new page was recently added as a single location to place these and future advertisements. Remember these are "your" ads since they drive traffic to the team marketing site and from there directly to your Lotto Magic marketing web site through the URL rotator. Lotto Magic Marketing Program Update

I just got word that the free Lotto Magic marketing program for our team is now going to include mini marketing sites for all those on the team. As I understand there will be 1 main marketing web site and then 4 or 5 other available sites. These will be 100% free for the Lotto Magic online members marketing use and will have a URL rotator "separate" from the team site one but it'll work the same. All 5 to 6 sites will be created for you so it'll just be a matter of you decided which ones you want to market online with.

The new design!

I just reloaded this so for now please visit the site that started it all for us when we met our Team Leader Whitney and she got us headed in the right direction, yea finally!
